PRISM UniChannel

Analytics, ERP Integration and Managed Services

Turn commerce data into decisions, keep your ERP in step and have specialists behind the platform. This page covers UniChannel’s dashboards and forecasting, ERP and EDI/API automation, guided onboarding, managed services, 24×7 support, security and scalability.

The big picture

From connected data to shared decisions

Once channels, partners and your ERP are connected, the data they produce can be read in one place. Finance, marketing and operations can then work from the same numbers: what sold, what it earned, what is running out and which suppliers are delivering.

Security and data protection

Security, encryption and availability

UniChannel uses multilayer encryption and redundancy on a highly available cloud architecture.

  • Multilayer encryption and redundancy

Layers of encryption and redundancy help protect data and keep operations running.

  • Highly available cloud architecture

A cloud architecture designed for enterprise-grade resilience.

  • SOC 2 Type II

ECOM’s security foundation includes SOC 2 Type II, an independent auditor’s examination of how controls are designed and operate over a period of time.

    Security and compliance
  • HIPAA Security Rule safeguards

Administrative, physical and technical safeguards for electronic protected health information, where an environment handles it.

  • PCI DSS

The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard, for the systems and services covered by current validation evidence.

  • PII data protection

Personal information (PII) is treated as a data-protection responsibility through the safeguards above. It is not a standalone certification.

SOC 2 Type II is an independent examination report, not a certification. There is no official general-purpose HIPAA certification; ECOM confirms which environments are suitable for ePHI before any is exchanged. PCI DSS applies to the systems and services covered by current validation evidence. The environments, criteria and periods covered are confirmed for the services you are evaluating.

Scalability

Built for enterprises and for smaller businesses

UniChannel’s scalable cloud architecture is built for enterprise and small-business growth.

  • For enterprises

Many channels, warehouses and partners on one platform, with ERP integration and a highly available architecture.

  • For smaller businesses

  • As you grow

Add channels, suppliers and warehouses on the same platform as your business changes.

Your orders, inventory, invoices and reports sit at the center. Around them are the people who run and support the platform, the integrations that move data, the security that protects it and the cloud architecture that keeps it available. PII is protected through these safeguards; it is not a certification of its own.
